Only going to this store from now on. Pacheco store is trash and needs to be deleted horrible people. Diego the manager is the best most professional customer service representative I've come across and Spencer the other customer service representative is friendly and attentive to questions and concerns with a helpful insight to what I needed. Yes, Riders Plus Membership has a yearly membership with discounts, rewards and other perks. Any employee at the store can fill you in and sign you up.

Yup, they’ll accept returns for online orders as long as you are returning the items within 90 days of receipt and it's in new unused condition with all the original tags and packaging. Make sure you have your order number on hand.
