The lady’s here are super disrespectful! Talking about they need to interview, but it seems more like an interrogation. I think she might be deaf cause she doesn’t catch how her tone of voice is. She’s aggressive and unprofessional. Someone like that should not be dealing with people, but instead be in the back dealing with papers. She also needs to take communication classes again! Good thing I was here for my mother. That I told her not to raise her tone of voice with her.
