Every time I go there to pick something up, one person is working the desk/counter, no other employee in sight. It always takes forever. Today at around 1:40 I go to pickup an order for my GF, once again there is one person behind the desk, 2 employees in the middle of the store chatting. I'm 4th in line, I very OBVIOUSLY step out of the line, stare at them chit chatting in hopes they catch the hint that maybe they could be socializing less and working more. I do this 3 times, they finally disperse, but don't come assist up front. When I am finally up in line, I ask the one person behind the counter if she is the only one working (Maybe I was mistaken) she tells me no, the other employees were solving some issues in the back. So not only were they neglecting the "issues in the back" but they were socializing for a solid 10 minutes while customers waited in line. What is the point of having things ready for quick pick up if it takes longer to do that than to just grab it off the shelf or skip the stress and ship it? I told my girlfriend from now on we pay for shipping from a different company. The Ulta pick up is a time waste. Google makes me do at least 1 star, I'd give it 0 if it would let me.
