Great gym to go work out at. Friendly people and the owner is great. Always a empty machine to use to work out on. Some times there are more people there than at other times. Depends on when you go. They have a tanning bed and massage. Love it there and the best gym around.

As has been said, yes a shower is available. I will add thst the restrooms are very nice and kept clean. This location definitely is a cut above other AF locations in the level of care to keep it nice and in the top of the line equipment.

Yes, children must be at least 13 and if under 18 accompanied by an adult. You can pay for a day pass which is $10 or get an unlimited membership. Memberships are different prices but just call or stop by during the hours when the staff are there and they can go over the pricing.
