A month ago we requested a rep. Come to our home to provide an estimate and possible plan for a patio for not only ourselves but our neighbor. The landscaper came within a week however a month has now passed and after several calls we still have no plan or estimate. We have been told someone will call back and that does not happen. I have since contacted another local company who came out within days helped us develop a plan and provided an estimate within 2 days in addition they did not charge $60.00 for their visit and estimate. We will not be recommending Hillside Gardens in the future.

Nothing professional about Hillside Gardens Landscaping. The very worst customer service I have ever encountered. They don't get back to you as promised. They ignore email, voice mail, and even when you are fortunate enough to get someone to answer their phone they make promises that are never kept. There are other landscaping companies in our area that are far superior in customer service and COST.

Hi Charlie, We do not have a retail store that sells plants, but we install them as part of our landscape installations. We are a landscape contractor that installs plantings, drainage, retaining walls, walkways and patios. We also have a landscape maintenance program. Thank you for asking!
