Wow! So, those are great questions..., I just don't have that information handy. I visit this location because of my mother. The "modular home" was bought brand new over 20+ years ago. The lot is $300 + a month. I don't recall exact amount but I suppose you're paying for access to community based services and those have changed over the years.

No, I don't think so. I believe she just got a good deal on her home. I myself have different views about the lot rentals...
Well I bet they would like the sound of that..., Long term means a steady profit. I don't know why they call them mobile home parks..., if you think about, what person do you see just picking up their "modular home" and moving it around here or there... It's MOVABLE. But so is anything if you put your mind to it. Just sayin...
