We are having the same problem, don't know what's going on.
Hi, please call Palmdale Water District to turn off water for repairs, unless you have an isolation valve. If you are unsure, contact our Customer Care Dept. at 661-947-4111 and a field rep will go out to assist you. Thank you.
Hi Ms. De Leon, thank you for your message. Before I can help you, I need to know what you are referring to when you mention the first few digits of an account number. Do you want to know how those numbers are determined for each account? Thank you. Judy Shay, Public Affairs Director, Palmdale Water District
Thank you for contacting us. Homeowners are responsible for repairs on their side of the meter, including their pressure regulators. Pressure regulators can be purchased at hardware stores for about $60-$130. It can be done by a handy homeowner, gardener or plumber. Make sure the water is turned off before the pressure regulator is replaced. Water can be turned off at the isolation valve, if there is one, or by calling PWD to turn it off at the main. PWD Customer Care Reps can be reached at 661-947-4111.
It's probably temporarily off while they fix a leak
From the meter at curb, no leaks at meter, runs underground till first outdoor spigot then enters house. The cold tee's off before entering HWH. Cold feeds directly off cold supply. Hot water heater is less than year old FYI
