Amazing staff!!! Without a doubt. I was informed that hospital management fired most of the staff at the start of Covid? Long wait times and the staff here are not happy with the short staff situation but they are still doing great things!

As soon as i arrived i felt like the staff cared and comforted me. I went to the other children's mercy in MO prior to this one and it was a terrible experience. I absolutely love this children's mercy staff was kind and caring the doctor and student doctor were efficient and kind as well. My child had 2 different size pupils so you could guess i was pretty panicked upon arrival. I just cant say enough how impressed i am

Had the most unpleasant time here tonight. Instead of having compasion for a sick child they wanna walk around with attitude and be rude.

The doctors here are great and everything about the building is great! However every single time I try to call to schedule cancel or reschedule an appointment, it is insanely difficult. It takes me at least five times calling just to get the appointment set every single time. This is because I'm constantly being placed on hold and they don't come back or they just hang up on you. They transfer you and you leave a message and nobody calls back. I would love for my son to continue to see his doctor but it's becoming increasingly difficult to do this!! Please fix your phone systems I still cannot get through to make simple appointments or return a nurse's phone call it takes days to get through what is wrong with you guys fix your phone system!!!!!

Yes children's mercy south call the hospital
No they don't do hair there
Agree with above, or come in and ask at volunteer office in main lobby.
Yes, if you go to cmh.edu and search for Philanthropy, there is information on how to make donations.
Maybe bring him in to the ER while having an episode, they have people here on call. Thats how we got my niece in!
They have charity you can apply for, depends on income
See above, but I can see that, it's a lot of stress and pain to break your leg
No im sorry too. Been going there off and on for 17 years but never real meet the Janitor
Yes they can if they need the help. My son wad born at KU but got transferred to CMH on Gillham Road where he had a heart valve repaired. So the answer to that question is yes big time. Because i know my experience. Thank you.
