We placed a mobile order, pulled up to the speaker and waited several minutes. We went to the first window and no one was there. We went to the second window and they didn't see our order. We were told the codes only have numbers, which is not true. After about 5 min of debate they finally found the order we placed and paid for. They 17 year old, that had been working there for 2 days was more helpful than the manager that wouldn't even come to the window to try and help with the order. I really wanted to drive away and go to another McDonald's but we had paid for the order.
