Not sure why I never thought to leave a Google review, but I need to for these guys! They finished our basement a couple years back and the whole experience was great. Their bid came in much more in line with my budget than other contractors I had talked to before. They got started on time and finished on time, and were great advisors, taking care to answer any questions or concerns I had. They also worked very cleanly. We are beyond happy with the finished product. I would recommend them to anyone who is needing work done on their home.

All American (Bill and Brian) are fantastic, one of the best contractors in KC! All American was the second contractor that I had to hire because I made the mistake of not doing my due diligence when I hired my first contractor. All American and the entire team were professional, always on time, and did a phenomenal job. Yes! All American Construction and Painting, Inc. offers a 4 year unconditional warranty with every exterior paint application. We pay for the labor and the paint to fix any issue. The only way we can offer this warranty is making sure that we do it right the first time! We always provide a written copy of the warranty before the job begins.
Absolutely! All American Construction and Painting, Inc. feels that caulk is just as important as paint. We only use Sherwin Williams SherMax Elastomeric Caulk. It's 10 times more elastic than traditional caulk. This caulk will move as your house expands and contracts with the humidity. Traditional caulk will crack and allow water to enter causing damage.

1. Make sure the Company is licensed, insured, with workers comp on every employee. Ask for a Certificate of Insurance (COI) be sent before the job begins. 2. Make sure the painting Company explains the process, products they use, and payment terms up front. Make sure everything is in writing. Never pay for anything that isn't on the contract. 3. NEVER, NEVER give anybody a deposit up front. If they can't buy the paint and front the labor, then they are not financially stable enough to paint your house. Payment is made after you walk the house with the painting Company and you are completely satisfied. 4. Ask for and call at least 2 or 3 current references. 5.
