Honestly I wasn't aware of this company at all and no one ever recommended me to it but as I looked around for a fair/ cheaper price with good customer care across this on the web and I called them immediately and they picked up my call and they have been transporting my dear grandparents to and back from appointments. They are nice, professional and very courteous when it comes to their clients I will highly recommend anyone to A1. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

Great services with excellent customer care

The website directed me to a third party website to reserve a ride, but I didn’t receive a confirmation as the appointment date approached. I called the number on the website and got a voice mail. Again, no response. I ended up calling another company which has a human operator and booked a ride to the appointment. There are many 5-star reviews, last one was 6 months ago. It’s not my experience now. Is this company still in business?

Wellness Transportation serves several of my patients. They do an amazing job! They are responsible, kind, go the extra mile to assure patients are safe, comfortable, and arrive to their appointments as scheduled. Solomon is incredibly dependable and VERY reasonable financially!! They are without question the best in the industry!!!
