We can't recommend these folks highly enough! My daughter moved to KC for college, which means we are 2 hours away from her. She had a problem with her car and Boulevard was recommended by local friends. They got her car in same day, replaced all 4 tires and her battery in 2 hours. They were friendly, efficient and the cost was reasonable and fair. And? They have dogs in the customer service area! If you need work done on your vehicle, definitely choose Boulevard!

JD Smith - I am truly sorry you felt the need to libel my company in your post. We have never paid or provided discounts to any of our customers to review us on google or anywhere else, never have, never will. I am assuming you are the person that called our shop this morning cursing out our General Manager yelling at him then hanging up before he could say anything. I am also assuming you are referencing a car that was brought to us, that we properly diagnosed, attempted to call the actual person that brought the car (not you) as well as the alternate contact a person named Jordan who I guess is you. As we treat woman equally in our shop we don't hesitate to speak to them about their cars. Jordan did not answer the phone but the woman who brought us the car did. We explained what the vehicle needed, received approval to proceed and made the repair. Our standard practice is to drive a vehicle post repair and this was done on this particular car as well. The technician noted a very slight shimmy in the steering wheel when applying the brake when exiting at highway speed but otherwise the vehicle was driving properly. There were no lights on the dash and all indications were the repair was a success. I would never imply that we have never had a comeback or some type of issue arise with a vehicle we have worked on, but I can say with all confidence we have never not made it right when someone lets us know there is a problem. Your approach to scream and curse at us then slam the phone down does not really provide any opportunity to discuss what concerns you have. You claim you have filed a police report, not real sure what type of report that would be but OK, you are certainly free to conduct yourself as you see fit. A much better approach would have been to simply contact us and talk in a rational manner.
