I worked here and they were good to me!

I spoke with a customer service representative due to my bill being higher than it ever has been. I had some questions and was routinely cut off. In addition, the representative was abrasive and laughed/scoffed at me when I asked to speak to another representative to get answers. I know representatives have a tough job, however, I was kind from the start. Please reference the recording if you are able. After I was scoffed at and transferred to a manager, I was able to get everything answered in a kind and understanding manner. Thank you to the second representative who took the time to HEAR me and explain to me without aggressive behavior.

Biggest Monopoly in the North east of the USA. Government doesn't care either. Do not drive to their locations as NO ONE is there. If you can't get help by calling try the emergency gas leak line, someone will answer 24/7 and may even help you get the right number to call. F this UK company

Saddest excuse of a energy supplier, what would they do if another company ever came in and took over their complete clientele? Sad!

You have to call. Every cusyomer is different. Call a week at least a week ahead to start service. Specify if you need both electric and gas service and if its a home or business. If you need anything specifically they will let you know.
This is not a question... nor are questions here on Google typically read or addressed by the business. If you have an emergency, you should call National Grid directly.
Not at this time.
National Grid doesn't read/respond to questions posted here.. this is just a public Q&A board on Google. you need to reach Kiwi Energy and let them know you'd like your contract to be cancelled, and please call National Grid to double check whom your supply would be placed under upon cancellation.
That's not a question. And National Grid doesn't read/respond to questions posted here anyway... this is just a public Q&A board on Google. If you need to reach them, visit their website or call them directly.
This will be available in National Grid's website under the 'service rates' section. Is also available in your monthly bills.
You can pay online

Please visit the National Grid Upstate NY website or select the service area of your locality and review 'Rebates and Services'. There are a lot of great incentives for making clean and energy efficiency shifts.
National Grid doesn't read/respond to questions posted here... this is just a public Q&A board on Google. Besides, National Grid is a utility company (electric and natural gas), they don't sell health insurance.
