This hospital is a joke. The staff is INCREDIBLY rude and disrespectful, do not listen to any concerns, act like it's an inconvenience to do their job and have a SERIOUS attitude problem. I would rather give birth in a forest than come to this hospital ever again.

Best hospital in Syracuse. Nursing staff is extremely friendly. Doctors are on top of it. Recommendation for a hospital, Crouse is it. Thank you to all the staff

I went in for a L5 S1 lumbar fusion and was scared out of mind but the nurses and docs at this hospital was absolutely amazing. Helped me relax with no meds at all til just before going into the OR. After surgery I was on the 6th floor and those nurses on that floor are gods blessing that's for sure. They was on time for meds and taking vitals when needed never woke me up to do any of that like normal hospitals. Helped me when I needed it to get out bed with a smile on their faces and never heard them speak bad abt anything. I want to thank the nursing staff along with all the surgeons I had and spoke to before and after surgery. You all are amazing and did a absolutely outstanding job.

Crouse does not have pediatric care. Upstate has the pediatric unit.
