Let's start with the bathrooms are very clean and well stocked. Beyond that, it's a sad, sad excuse for a mortuary! Parking is terrible as there are no clear signs or places to turn around. The service itself was pathetic. It was not well organized at all, the preacher didn't even take the time to get info about the family or the deceased. He just read the printed memory card. Plus the music was way too loud, & the video screens are tiny, makes it hard to see the video display of photos.

This is a nice quiet memorial park even though it's on a busy street. I've been to funeral services here and they were very nice tributes to the departed with ample room and parking for a large crowd coming to pay their respects. The grounds are green and shady and very well kept. Care is given to make sure that the grave sites are maintained and kept clean. Overall a very nice memorial park.

My Mom passed away on Dec 7th of this year. She was immediately taken to these knuckleheads with the understanding she would be cremated and interred ASAP. It's now Dec 22 and she still has not been cremated, nor have we been given a cause of death or received a Death Certificate. When asked what the hold up was, they assured us they would find out and call back the next day. They never did. Poor service, poor communication, not recommended at all. Updated 6/7/22, change rating to 3 stars, I chalk their original problems up to COVID, communication did get better and they did deliver on their promises.

My grandmother passed away after nearly 60 years serving the community. She purchased her plot almost 30 years before her death. When she passed and it was time for burial, we noticed that the plot was not big enough in depth and suspect they buried someone under her plot. We waited in freezing December for an hour for a representative and nobody arrived. We had to pay to bury her in Riverside and unearth my grandfather to bury him next to her. This poor excuse for a company does not even have the heart to offer a refund. If you love your family member at all, I would not recommend this disgraceful and disrespectful group of people.
