Gone are the days when if you are within a few feet of customers that you acknowledge their presence and ask if you could be of any assistance. A target employee saw me lift a receiver to ask for help and walked by. No one helped me, but when I went to self check out a staff member stood behind me to watch me closely to see if I were going to steal. Bad customer is what is going to close brick and mortar stores.
