Don't be put off by the two businesses that have left next door, the Vitamin Shoppe is OPEN. They always have what I'm looking for -- wish their prices were a little lower -- but at yesterday's visit it looks like they're attempting to be more competitive. However, their customer service is STELLAR!

It has been a long time since visiting the store as I usually order online. Some shelves were very sparse but they were receiving a large delivery that lined up on pallets blocking the right aisle. The b1g1 sale was in its last days. The well built guy was rushed with customers and delivery there should have been more than him there. He was super knowledgeable and I appreciated that. Great values and I always shop Vitamin Shoppe.

I needed the big container of V-THRIVE fish oil, and they were the only ones in this region that had stock. I got 2 containers, and I was done, and very happy. They were pleasant, and provided good service.

Stood in line for over 10 mins listening to in great detail about two individual personal lives, if you wanna keep the convo going for customer service, politely ask the customer to step to the side another waiting. Been a customer for years at the Utica location and never had a bad experience until now
