Made an appointment online to test drive a car. Drove an hour to get there the next day and qas told they didn't have any of the vehicles to test drive. We could sit in one that was already sold, but that was it. Salesman was rude and said we should havs called 1st because the people booking the test drives have no clue about what they have in stock. UPDATE - They responded to this review and asked that I call. I called on 8/30 and left a message for the Manager. Have yet to recieve a call back.

I had a very poor experience with Romano, but that may have been just a poor salesman. It's best to meet someone in person, discuss your credit options, and be realistic that you won't be financed for the most expensive car. Good luck, no matter your history, it's the bank that takes this hit - Fox doesn't care :)
