I got a gift certificate from these people for mothers day. She a stay at home mom with two boys and I thought a spa day would be nice. I paid 180 dollars on May 4th they have recorded of that. I have Wednesdays off so a week later on may 11th after dinner I gave the boys the gift card to give to mommy for mothers day. Yes I know it's late but again I only have Wednesdays off. She loved that the boys got her something so nice. So last week she calls to set up an appointment to find out that they charged the gift certificate for a no call..and show... they said she called and made an appointment on the 10th of May for the 11th of may...... until Wednesday... there were only 4 people that knew about the gift certificate....me the two boys and they lady I bought it from. I dint call and make an appointment for her...... the boys dint.........so I called to see if the owner can't work with us....she said its her policy in black and white .....i agree if you make an appointment you should keep it however there is no way to make an appointment on the 10th if you dint get the card till the 11th...so paying 180 dollars for service that we dint get is a rip off... buyers beware!!!!!! Share so others know.

Pedicure was just okay. Pricey but not better than less expensive ones. Beautiful set up.

Summer Wild

Horrible pedicure with my daughters. We were offered water and we were given luke warm tap water in a cracked plastic champagne flute which i had to set on the floor because the table on my chair was broken. One of my daughters tried to use the massage feature on her chair but realized it was broken after hearing the ear piercing squeal and grinding noise when she turned it on. Mine and my other daughters chairs didn't work at all. The water was cold, the techs didn't talk. One of them took a call on her cell phone in the middle and then cried (because of personal things going on in her life) after my daughter asked her for a french tip, which made it quite awkward. All three disappeared for about 10 minutes after "wrapping" our feet with the hot towel, which only stayed on mine. My daughters were left with cold feet exposed while they were gone. No massage, no callous removal, no nail file or buffer. When we were told it was ok to leave I questioned the length of time they had been drying and was reassured they would be fine because we chose the more expensive "gel like" polish and they didn't last 5 min before the polish was smudged and wrinkled. The spa pedicure lasted all of about 25 min including the time they stepped away. The lady at the front desk was rude, short with us, and pushy trying to get us rung up as quick as possible. I asked about a product they had out front and it was apparently unimportant to them because it was never addressed. The price is outrageous for the both the customer service and the actual services you receive. Big disappointment since they did my hair, makeup, mani's and pedi's for myself and all my bridesmaids/jr brides for my wedding a few years back.
