Not even a one star. Their front desk is extremely rude. When I called to schedule an appt about two weeks ago an extremely rude girl answered the phone. She stated there needed to be a 50 dollar deposit which makes no sense. I understand once the appointment happens doing a co pay but over the phone deposit never heard of. When I told her I would call back because I needed something sooner than what she had available. she replied back grunting o my God! And hung up. With that attitude it's hard to want to come in but of course they take advantage because they know most people that go here won't say anything back and don't speak English well enough. Do no schedule here its poor customer service and I have the same position at a dental office. We would never treat people this way.

Very bad attention there is no responsible doctor charged very expensive it is very complicated to be attended by pure materialistic people and without scruples this has to know the corresponding office and there are other cheaper alternatives and really attended by true doctors as shop charge only 10 dls with everything and studies or samuel roger charge cheap and I repeat are doctors and it doesn't matter if you have papers

I was in. Consultation 2 weeks ago they charged me 300 dls and when I asked them for receipt they said that there was no one to sign it and then when I asked them to fill out some work sheets they did not want it because they do not have a responsible doctor and there are pure nurses so if someone dies it is not their responsibility since they do not have a license to exercise but if they want to take care they like the money now that the doctor is not there, nothing is the same

Pesima attention. They say that they close at 4pm and arrive at 2:20 pm and they no longer answered me because they only receive people until 2pm.

Unfortunately this doctor is not a pain doctor and the clinic is not a pain specialty clinic. Please try University of Kansas system at 913-588-5000.
