Staff is friendly. They treat you like family. Mr.Williams the owner starts Saturday greeting the customers as we arrive about 30 minutes before the students. We get signed in and assigned to whomever can do your requested service the best. Mr.Williams likes to start with a group prayer for health and good vibes. The students are amazing and eager to please. Be patient after all they are students, so if you're in a hurry this is NOT the place to come especially on Saturday. Try a week day. I'll Be glad when they reopen after this pandemic I miss great service.

The worse client service I have experienced in my 43 years. They literally stole my money $65 for braids that were not completed. The student braiding my hair walked out and did not complete the service. I was not getting the style I asked for and when I asked for it to be corrected, the student walked out. The police were also called when I requested a refund. This business puts a stain on black own businesses and should be shame, but they probably are not. When I ask to speak to the arrogant owner she acted as if I deserved to be ignored. My upbringing makes me want to forgive and forget, but.... (To Be continue)
