I love Dr. Burns and everyone at Pure Health. I've referred many people there and ALL of them love Dr. Burns and Pure Health. And a few of the people have EXTREMELY high standards. Dr. Burns' knowledge in every area is beyond impressive. He (and his team of Nurse Practitioners, Physician's Assistants, Administrative team) have amazed me with the way they listen. You feel like they really care. They'll ask a question that you didn't even think was relevant and THAT was the issue. I love them!!! Does it get busy? Of course (see above). Did they stop walk-ins and working weekends and is it less convenient? Yes. But I worry about these people. The stress and hours they put in at their jobs for AT LEAST the 10+ years I've been coming is unparalleled. Dr. Burns would go for a week without sleep in order to help others (he probably has...many times). So, I'm glad they're thinking a little bit of themselves for a change. Thank you Dr. Burns and team!

Dr. Burns is the best at what he does but the lack of supporting staff really concerns me. I’ve been out of medication for about four days now and I left a message on the nurse line A week ago and have yet to hear back. I left a follow up message on Wednesday and also on Friday. When speaking to the receptionist all they can say is that they will get to it when they can. It’s going on 8 days now so I hope somebody calls back soon

Dr. Burns changed my life. He saved it. Nothing short of it. I had a co worker recommend... I fought depression and anxiety for years... dr after dr after med after med... after therapy on and on. 1st visit, I laid it all out to Dr. Burns. HE knows and explains the mind perfectly, knew exactly what i was going through, what i was dealing with. I am alcohol free for two years now thanks to him. He helped me quit my first visit. Ive been on the same medications for two years.. and cant believe I felt that way for so long. I cant believe that this is what its like to be .. normal... free. Life is amazing, and i owe it to him. Ive sent some many people going to the same thing... 1 having dozens of prescriptions and ailments ... he needed time to look through it, fix it, and he finds a solution within 2 days for my friend, and scheduled her personally at closing so she could be seen timely. There is no place like it. Sadly, people are more likely to leave a review for a negative experience, than a great one. Ive had nothing but exceptional experiences with ALL the staff. If there ever was a prescription issues, it was the pharmacy. I could go on and on.

Dr. Burns is AMAZING!!! He listens to what’s going on and takes everything into account. If you are woman who’s had negative experiences with male doctors ignoring you. Come see Dr. Burns. He made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Very laid back and actually provides care. The staff are very helpful and kind. So glad they where recommended.
