Read the 1 star reviews, its a revolving door of poor customer service and poor equipment. I would avoid Anderson if you value your time. Our company has lost out of too many billable hours due to Anderson not having their ducks in a row. I have had three separate reservations in the past where I've shown up and they don't have the equipment they reserved for me. An aerator one time, a mini skid and then today the harley rake attachment. They even went through the rental contract and took payment...*sigh* What is the point of a reservation if you consistently can't honor it? The only explanation we were given for the third time we have shown up to no equipment was that it is "broken". A phone call before would of gone a long ways. I had given them a third chance after a friend mentioned they are good people, which is likely true, but they can't seem to honor their word. I tried reaching out to the manager but I just got the short explanation that it is "broken", not even a sorry for your troubles. The front desk staff wasn't very courteous. I rented a bobcat last Monday. It came out in poor condition, no air cond and you had to SLAM the window shut to keep operating the dam thing. Called it in and the girl that answered the phone said to keep slamming it shut, like really, if you say so, you know dam well we broke the freaking thing, glass all over the place and cut my operator up. In summary loss of use and they didn't even discount the dam thing, guess we should hit them with the medical bill since nobody gives a rat A$$ anymore. Been renting from the prior owners for 30 years with never any issues.

Tried to rent a mini excavator and trailer, have a truck capable of towing twice the weight of the machine plus trailer. Have towed my camper that weights 3500lbs more with no issues. The folks there we're very condescending and talk to me very rudely. They apparently have a policy that you must have a electronic brake module Installed. While I understand that it might be a preference for the company. If the vehicle towing the equipment has the towing capacity to pull the equipment then that's all that should be required. I will never rent from them, and don't recommend them.
