My brother and I recently purchased a semi and a new hopper bottom trailer from Vander Hagg's in KCMO. Our salesman was Otis Nixdorf. The truck needed work before we could commit to the purchase. Otis kept us informed along the way through the repair period. There were a couple of hiccups along the way that had to be negotiated. We believe Otis represented our position well and Vander Hagg's accommodate us to the best of their ability. Of course this day and age the new trailer was late being built (no fault of Vander Hagg's) from the original date that it was scheduled. We wanted to purchase the semi and the trailer at the same time so Otis and Vander Hagg's agreed to save the semi back for us until the trailer was built which ended up being another 45 days. The closing was flawless and we are completely satisfied with our semi and trailer. Thank you Otis!!! Keep up the good work!

Vander Haags has several stores with new and used parts. Best thing is to call. Their used stuff is pretty cheap but kinda hit and miss on finding perfect thing. Good luck
