Went in to see a medical professional. I have adequate insurance. I was met with a receptionist who was both ignorant (she did not understand what insurance was/was not) and rude (she suggested that I should be on welfare, which I never have been). I left and called to speak with the office manager and a cheerful young lady told me there was no one there who was responsible for anything. I think that adequately sums up the situation.
