It can be dropped off at our Service Center location at 6104 E Connecticut Ave, Kansas City, MO 64120 and an appointment is not a requirement as we try to make sure the location is staffed even when we have deliveries or donation pickups. If you would like to bring it by the best times would be between 9 am and 4:30 pm on weekdays. We can schedule pick ups but we try to reserve that option for the largest types of items like hospital beds and power wheelchairs but depending on the type of wheelchair, we may be able to arrange a donation pick up. As a non-profit we accept donations of gently-used medical equipment and can provide a receipt of donation but we cannot purchase or provide anything in exchange for the equipment.
