I saw Dr. Hoskins when I went in for my appointment. Everyone was very nice but I don't recommend coming here. I recently moved from out of state and needed a new doctor to prescribe my medications. He said that is ok and that they can provide them. He wrote everything down and even gave me a printout of everything I was going to be prescribed. They supposedly got sent to a CVS. I went to CVS and they were not there. I called back the doctor and they said they sent them again and I got a text saying they were sent. Hours go by and still nothing. I call back this morning to see what was going on and they told me that he made a referral to a psychiatrist. Why did he not tell me this yesterday at my appointment? He even said that they don't usually prescribe my medication I am on but he said not to worry, he wasn't going to just take me off of it suddenly. Now I am at risk for having seizures. I intend on filing a complaint with the State Composite Board of Medical Examiners. I recommend everyone that everyone that has been slighted in any way by their doctor to always do that. They do not want the medical board snooping around. It can cause them to lose their license. I also have a mind to sue him for negligence and malpractice. You cannot lie to a patient like that.

All of the staff I have interacted with have been friendly and helpful. I have never waited more than a few minutes from arrival till seeing the Doctor. I never feel rushed during my visits with Dr. Wagnon and she answers all of my questions.

i keep receiving calls of harrassment from this place. never heard of them before. person today was rude, snapping at me, and hanging up me when i was asking why they were calling me. called their offices, says my number isnt in their system even though they have called 7 times in a week asking for at least two different people.
