This repair shop is very unprofessional as far as communication goes and they lack integrity. I called in to get my ipad screen repaired. Paid through Venmo over the phone w/ the lady that answered and was told it would take about 4 days for the screen to come in and a few hours to get it repaired. 4 days passed and I had to call the shop a few times, left a message and got no return phone call. Finally when I got the same woman on the phone she said she was at the bank and would check on tracking my part when back in the store. My part was set to arrive the following week but I was told she would be out of town for a week and could fix it when she came back as she was the only technician. From there all communication was me asking for updates on when my screen would get repaired and was told she wouldn’t be back until the end of March due to a family emergency. I had to take my iPad elsewhere to get fixed and have asked about a refund numerous times, I was told when she was back in town end of March I would get it and I haven’t. I have texted but only to get no response so I have put a claim in with Venmo and reported this to the better business bureau because this is unethical and clearly not the first time they have lied about family emergencies, not doing the job or refunding the customer when necessary Also she lied and stated my part wasn’t delivered to the shop yet but in earlier text messages she stated it had been delivered and was ready when she came back in town if I chose to still do the repair with their company. I will NEVER EVER do business with this company ever again and would recommend people to steer clear and find a more reputable reliable honest shop.

I cracked my screen so I called to see if I could get an estimate and they were very nice and they gave me an estimate and how long it would take to fix. No complaints very kind people. I'm happy I went to Fast & Repair.
