Made reservations way in advance to be told less than 48 hours from pick up that we'd have to drive an extra 4 hours one way to get a truck. Not worth the headaches for their "cheap" pricing. Penske, luckily, picked up their slack!

I made a reservation ahead of time. Uhaul moved my pickup location one day before my move to a town two hours away. Called and found out they reserve the right to move the location and there is no guarantee that they will have what you reserved at your location, even when you reserve in advance. Just wanted you to be informed customers

I reserved a 15' truck with a trailer for a move 2 months down the road. 1 day prior to picking up the truck they called me to tell me that they did not have a truck available and that I would need to drive all the way to Bismarck to pick one up (4 hours of driving in total). Luckily Penske came through for me.
