Positive: Good location for this trip. Negative: The hotel smelled like pot. There was no bath towels. The staff was not very friendly.

I was hesitant to book this hotel due to location, but the gated back parking lot and key card entrance made me feel better. The staff were super friendly. The king suite with sofa sleeper, kitchen and dishes/utensils was huge! It really made our week long stay much better, as we just moved to the area. I traveled with my husband, dog, and 11yo. Keith at this location was amazing!!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, and the staff there went above the grade. The Managers at this hotel were professional and friendly, a big thanks to them. The hotel was secure with an amazing gate for safety and is located right by the Mall. I’ll definitely stay there again and would definitely recommend it to anyone.
