Did a walk in for an FFL transfer. Everybody was very friendly. Felt very welcoming. Even when Siri was down and it was a bit quiet, it didn't feel awkward at all. Will definitely recommend this place and keep coming back. There's some pretty cool stuff here too!!

I can honestly say I had a great experience today. I felt very welcomed the folks were very respectful they help me understand things that I did not. they were patient it was like being around family. They took very good care of us I would recommend anybody going here if you're looking to be treated respectfully to help understand things that you might not. And if you need someone to be patient with you and not try to screw you over this is the place. Thank you so very much we appreciate you guys.

Always very pleasant family staff. Very fair loans when I needed it and the buying experience is great. They appreciate Veterans. It's like a mini gun museum if you like treasures. Stop in and look around. Great stuff.

Ponders is one of the best pawn shops I've been to. Staff and management are down to earth and friendly. Not bias and are honest when dealing with goods. Not only do they give loans but have a great selection of quality items.
