Not a bad place to live. The community is nice, the only bad part is the clover mites that infest the homes when the weather warms up. I don't think there harmful in any way but they do get everywhere!!! I complained about this to the office and they would have people spray but the bugs never went away. I do believe it’s a community wide problem.

DO NOT move here unless you want to live in a home infested with thousands of bugs, and deal with management that is unethical, dishonest, and does not resolve issues. I paid $191 for an application and administrative fee, and was approved. My application did not specify a rental rate, and in the time it took them to approve my application, the rental rate listed on their website was lowered. However, they would not honor their current rate when drafting my lease unless I paid another $191 to resubmit an IDENTICAL application. It was both unethical and illegal for them to charge me to submit an identical application in order to get the same rental rate as everyone else when the application did not specify a specific rental rate. Against my better judgement, I moved here anyway, but only because my other lease was ending and I was out of time to find a different place to live. For weeks now, I have been dealing with an infestation of literally thousands of clover mites in my home. I have spent hundreds of dollars and a great deal of time trying to manage the issue on my own, because management will not solve it or so little as apologize. I change all of my bedding right at bedtime each night, and still have bugs crawling all over me all night. I have thousands of dollars’ worth of property damage. Instead of apologizing and fixing it, management has explained that it is a community-wide issue, as if that makes it okay. They might have someone come spray the grass on a date that has yet to be determined. Since the clover mite issue is a community-wide issue, that means if you move here you will be dealing with this too. Today, I found out they are building a dog park directly behind my unit. This was not disclosed to me when I signed my lease. I love dogs, but I also work from home and will not be able to work with large groups of barking dogs. I have been trying for several weeks now to work things out with management, but they won’t fix their pest control issues or so little as apologize or pretend to care. I’m left with no course of action at this point but to move out and sue for damages, and help others avoid making the same mistake as me.
