I have called this company twice for an estimate on replacing my old gas fireplace. The first time I called I was put through to a sales agent who never called me back. I waited a week and called again. I explained to the young lady who answered the phone that I was calling because I have an older gas fireplace and was told the parts would be close to the same price as a full replacement. She proceeded to ask me what I was calling about. I explained again, a quote please. She said I had to measure the fireplace myself and bring those in to the company. There was no mention of an appointment. I asked "do they not come out to the house to do that?" Her reply was polite but curt, this is the busiest time of year so no. I think a busy time of year is a good thing for any company. I will definitely not be using this company. Customer Service was poor over the phone at least so why would I expect it to be any different in person.

Top notch company. Jacob was thorough in cleaning and re-starting the pilot light for the gas outdoor fireplace. The flame was much better than the original installation of the fireplace, and now everything looks brand new. Well done.

Service tech came to see why the lights in my fireplace were not working. He found that the installer did not wire them in correctly. He also readjusted the damper so that the flame was at the right level. Thanks so much for correcting these two mistakes. The service tech was very helpful.
