Terrible. Firstly it should never take 10min to get your order at Dunkin... The cashier is yelling at her coworkers like we aren't right next to her at the window. When she got things worked out she realized she forgot our chocolate chip muffin so another scramble began. They didn't have chocolate chip muffins and we hear them say "just give them a blueberry" several times like we couldn't hear that. Guess what, we got blueberry 🙄 Instead of fighting ill just leave yall a fair review.

I had placed a mobile order online for my boyfriend to pick up for me (the usual) and I had used my points this time to get my free drink yet they still had charged him for it (SO I PAID TWICE - for the same drink) and then they gave us an attitude, made us show them the receipt and told us that they could not refund us without the manager but they’d supposedly write our name down for a free drink tomorrow. Guess I’ll update this review if I actually get the drink I paid for tomorrow when I go back. Very upset with the outcome of this.

Tried to place an order for a grilled cheese and wanted to add bacon to it. The guy said he could not add bacon only ham. They sell avocado toast so I said “if I want to add bacon to an avocado toast can I?” he said yes. I said “but not a grilled cheese?” I got no answer, I said hello 3 times no answer so I pulled up to the window and expressed to the guy that I don’t appreciate being ignored! There was a girl in the background and I was explaining to her all I wanted was to add bacon to my sandwich she said ok but the guy did not let her do it. He said something about not having a bacon button. So I had to buy an order of snacking bacon and my sandwich. Which they still refused to put on my sandwich. I go to Dunkin’ prob 3 times a week and order this have never had a problem. I will never come back to this location!! Horrible service!

Placed an order on the Dunkin app. When picking up the order, checked the bag and no bagel inside. Had to knock on the drive thru window only to be told they were out. I was still charged for the bagel...🤔 I was told he could have 2 doughnuts instead, so asked for 2 strawberry frosted. Got home to find one strawberry frosted and on vanilla frosted. Also, no straws for the iced coffees and no napkins. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but this isn't the first time we've been inconvenienced.
