Absolutely disgusted by Ruby’s behavior at the post office. She bullied and made fun of someone with a clear disability. Extremely scary that someone is allowed to be so awful without any accountability.

I tried giving this location the benefit of doubt because I’m sure everyone has bad days, but it seems like Laura has a bad day EVERY DAy!! Her attitude is always nasty, she’s rude and her customer service skills are horrible… if she is going to work with customers daily she may need some customer service training…. I absolutely hate when I end up at her counter… everyone else that works there is always in good spirits… not her though!!!

Why is wearing mask recommended but not a mandate for the customers coming in? With Thanksgiving holidays, it is shortstaffed everywhere. We customers gotta be patient..!!

Very frustrated with consistently delayed package delivery from this location. I spoke with someone on the phone today and told him I've had MULTIPLE late delivery from this location only... Often taking 3 days to scan outgoing items into the system, and the guy tells me I'm the FIRST consumer to complain about this issue... I have a very hard time believing that when I come here and read 5+ people have left reviews about the same exact problem I've had! Why lie? Why not own the truth and do something to correct it!! The first 2 late arrivals from this location & I chalked it up to a bad patch, we all have them, it's called being human.... But after 5,6,7 occurrences, then I realize it's an ongoing systemic issue that nobody is correcting! And despite the many complaints, the problem remains ongoing. And to add insult to injury, I get lied to that it's the first ever he's heard of it? Come on... Get right, Montgomery!
