I cannot speak on the Dr. and his expertise, as I was not given the opportunity to speak with him. I called because this is an important decision and I have many questions that needed and answer before I make a decision. I was told that that first I needed to be approved for “financing” to see if I was able to afford the surgery. Which, if and whatever my insurance didn’t cover, I was willing to pay in cash. After some push back, the receptionist said, that it was fine to speak to the Dr. first and I was scheduled a call with the Dr. Well, about 10 minutes before the call, I received a call from another receptionist saying, that they needed to do the financing first. I explained that I had questions that I needed to ask before making the decision to move forward. She then said, that the Dr. won’t talk to me if I was not approved. So, I said fine, lets do it through my insurance. She asked me to send her a copy of my insurance card and my ID, in which I did. It has been well over a month and I have yet to hear back from them. This office is in desperate need of some organization. They are all over the place. It seems like they are more focused on the money, rather than being concerned with the patients concerns and making the patient feel like this is the place they want to be. It’s a hard pass for me!

An arrogant and abusive guy, I do not recommend him, he has no humanity, after he charges he does not even want to serve the clients, and very rude.

DO NOT COME TO THIS CLINIC!!! My wife came here to get info about the surgery since she has some blood problem. The surgery coordinator was very unprofessional and very rude to her . And didn’t even wanted to answer the questions she was asking. Therefore we asked for Dr Sosa , event worst . Didn’t even say Hi as professionalism. He said 2-3 words and left. She felt discriminated and disappointed. I wouldn’t trust this clinic at all . BE AWERE
