(Read the whole review please, thanks.) They don't honor your appointment time. The person called me on Friday for an appointment done in advance for next Monday and told me that everything was fine. On Monday I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment time and paid the fee and had to wait more than one hour pass my appointment time. When I asked the Ultrasound technician about the delay she told me that they were checking my prescription. What happened with everything was fine?! Certainly there is a miscommunication in here where they don't check your procedures until last moment. This shouldn't be happening, at least they should let me know for the delay. Besides this ultrasound is a second one to compare with a previous one done around six weeks ago. Ridiculous. Update: Dr. Martinez called me and apologized for the situation. He was very concerned about it and investigated and addressed the deficiencies with his personal. He agreed that the most fundamental mistake was to keep me informed about the delay. I am happy with that because the patient has things to do afterwards. Our time like theirs is important. I am increasing the stars from one to three for Dr. Martinez's gesture to let me know how much he cares for my experience in Universal Imaging. I will return to Universal Imaging for my next imaging procedure. I keep you posted.
