I had a roadside tire emergency, on our travels across the country. I don't own a toyota, I'm not driving a Toyota, but these folks helped me. I even offered a tip to the young man who helped me with the problem, and he turned me down twice. We won't be through this town probably ever again, but this kind of customer service for a non-potential customer says a huge deal in these days. I did call the other car dealership that was next door and they wouldn't give me the time of day. I had planned on having help from walmart, waited in their parking lot overnight, but then when it came to helping me they said it was against policy. The service department did what they didn't have to do. That's a big deal. Thank you so much.
