Drove here on a Sunday evening summer 2022 with two friends- we parked in the picking garage across the street. Of note, they no longer have any sushi (as of a couple years ago), so the other posted menus are no longer accurate. They still have all the ramen and appetizers though. There was minimal decor and no formal seating area- just a bunch of bar stools that clearly gave off the vibe of a place that operates predominantly as a takeout place. Ramen was just ok, as was the service.

Had a nice hot bowl of ramen from Ebisuya Noodle House ; it was delicious, hot, plentiful and flavorful! I could tell the ramen was homemade ! A go-to place if you’re looking for authentic ramen!

What a great gem near Malden Center. The Shiyo ramen was A+. The texture of the noodles were perfect. The broth was excellent. Loved it!!!! Went again and as always, awesome! The egg was a bit on the cold side this time but still great!

Questions & Answers

Does this place only allow online ordering and no dine-in option because of Covid-19 or dine-in?

No, you can order in and you can dine-in. Dine in is at a first come first serve basis, since the space is rather small.

Are there any options that don't involve raw meat?

To my knowledge, only their sushi contains raw meat. Everything else is cooked.
