I can always find what I need to finish the home project that Iam in the middle of when I go to the Tewksbury store. And I never have trouble finding an associate to answer any questions I may have , unlike the big box 5 miles Up the road from me.

Clean, well-organized location and the employees I've interacted with have always been polite and helpful. I wish they sharpened knives, though. Had exactly what I needed. Christmas lights and JB Weld's SteelStik. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great place. Don't shop the big box hardware places that could care less.
