I was referred to MNRS by a friend and could't be happier with the speedy results of my treatment. Carolyn is very knowledgeable, likes to explain the steps she is taking during the sessions and gives idea to exercise at home. Most importantly she has helped navigating thru the insurance coverage. Carolyn treated a second area in my body that developed pain and didn't charge me.

If I could give MNRS a rating of a perfect 10, I would, but since I am limited to a maximum of 5, then they will get a perfect 5. I have been to several physical therapy establishments over my 67 years and NEVER have I encountered such an amazing place as MNRS. The attention that every single patient receives is like that of going to a spa visit while still receiving the most knowledgably medical attention possible! What makes them different? - Upon your first visit, the head therapist, Caroline, takes her time with you and actually listens with empathy to everything you have to say regarding your injury and then with an amazing positive attitude lays out a plan towards healing. - The therapist and the assistants work you out and stand next to you throughout every exercise to make sure that you are doing them right. - You are never rushed out of their facility, dismissing you to leave with your aches and pains because your time is up. - The facility is amazing because it is not one huge open room like other facilities, but instead provides private curtained off rooms in a spa setting with soft lighting and spa sounds to help you relax during their hands-on treatment. - In addition to the most amazing massage specialists, they also provide laser, ultrasound and STIM therapies. - One of their best features is that if they are not on your insurance plan, they offer an excellent package that is cheaper than if you were to pay a personal trainer or masseuse for services. THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST! I have been spoiled and cared for in such a way, that I would never go to any other therapy facility ever again. Only MNRS for me!
