Grateful, thankful and blessed that Dr Reuven Bromberg is my Rheumatologist. Met Dr Bromberg in a Medical Mission in 2006 and was Amazed with his love, dedication and passion for helping others. Have served together in several Mindo Futures Medical Missions to Mindo Ecuador. The only change in his care for patients is that his love, dedication and passion continues to grow and multiply exponentially. Dr Bromberg was one of my preceptors as a Nurse Practitioner Student and I was impressed that Dr Bromberg was in his private practice the same Genuine, Loving and Passionate Doctor that served in the Medical Missions. Dr Bromberg’s is the epitome of practicing the Hippocratic Oath and God gifted him with immense brilliance. During my clinical practice as his Nurse Practitioner student the consistent comment made by his patients were as follows “He is Amazing” “I no longer have pain” “I can walk again” “He is an Angel” “I can continue living my life” Five years later, I became Dr Bromberg’s patient. Distraught and overwhelmed with unbearable right hand pain I consulted with Dr Bromberg who diagnosed me with Psoriatic Arthritis. I thought I would not be able to use my right hand again but by the Grace of God and the Amazing Dr Bromberg who is truly God’s Angel Rheumatologist here on Earth my right hand is fully functional AMEN!!! I have and will always refer Dr Bromberg to my family, friends and strangers without hesitation and describe him as God’s Angel here on Earth.

I hope someone takes notice and action to this issue. I have been trying to make an appointment with your office for over 2 months, I have sent my referral, notes and insurance information and no one calls back. I have called the office numerous time and no return or response. I am always promised a call to schedule and no reply. Supposedly the manager has to give approval for a new patient to schedule, this is new to me and I have been in the healthcare field for over 25 years. I’m honestly disgusted by the lack of importance this office has shown to something as delicate as rheumatology. Thankfully I am not in critical condition and was able to entertain this ridiculousness. I will make sure to put this information in all my reviews. Hopefully the physician is aware of how negligent his staff is. Clearly I will no longer be reaching out to attempt to make an appointment. I will caution everyone not to try to make an appointment with this office as it is a complete failure and waste of time. If this is how they treat you on your first attempt imagine how they treat their patients.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! HORRIBLE! Was referred to this doctor by two specialists (a hematologist and another rheumatologist) and also had our PCP put in an official referral (which was required by Dr. Bromberg for an unknown reason). I uploaded tons of documentation (at their request) and called over a dozen times in a 4 month period. The only time we spoke to the doctor was for 2 minutes one day when he walked by as I was talking to the front desk; he took the receiver and told me that we should go to the ER, tell them that he sent us and have my daughter admitted. Then, he'd com e to the hospital to see her. HUH?? He won't see us at his office but he'll see her in the ER?! Messages were rarely returned, excuses were always given and then, after 4 months we were told he didn’t think he could help and wouldn’t see us (we’ve never met). What happened to the Hippocratic oath? Aren’t doctors supposed to help people? Instead, he tells us he will only see us if we go the ER? Sounds like an insurance scam or at a minimum, a very uncaring doctor. AVOID!

Dr. Bromberg has changed mine and my family's lives! I began seeing him almost 4 years ago when I was pregnant with my 3rd son and in unbearable pain brought on by my RA. I was unable to carry my other 2 toddlers and could barely walk or do much. Dr. Bromberg has made it possible for me to play with my children, take vacations and even do things like clean my own house and do groceries which were impossible before. He and his staff have consistently gone above and beyond for me to get the best treatment. I moved to the Ft Myers area and still had no problem making the trip to continue seeing him. I then moved and am living in the Kissimmee area and won't change doctors if I lived a million miles away. I am eternally grateful to him and his staff and hope to someday come close to being able to repay them for their attention and efforts. I recommend 100%
