This medical practice is absolutely amazing. The most amazing and caring staff. I highly recommend this practice, you will be so blessed. They include transportation to all appointments at no extra cost and provide snacks, water and coffee. Best decision for full medical care ever.

Good treatment to the patient. This was my opinion 8 months ago. Today I change my mind, if you can give 10 stars 🌟 I give them. Every day better. I had a meeting with Mrs. Betty who attended me very efficiently. Thank you. .The Dr: Ivan del Río and his assistant Jaky, as always attentive, helpful like the family 👪 of many years. In short, very impressed by the advances created. All the departments 100% perfect 👌. From Sabrina the youngest of the group, to Yolanda at the front with great experience, in short everyone in general. Forward they are doing very well. EVERYONE IN GENERAL. 100% SATISFIED 😏

Our family have been members of this entity from the time it was Clinical Asociacion Cubana...thru CAC.... CAC Ramsay any other iteration of CAC and NOW Conviva. They have kept the same model of healthcare, where it's all about the patient- excellent attention to the diagnosis and plan of care, yet keeping the family feeling demonstrated by all members of the staff. From the PCP (Ariel Diaz and his assistant Aidita) to all the specialties provided by caring physicians and supporting staff as well as and especially the front desk staff and the administrator Betty Alvarez which always welcome you with a smile and really go out of their way to listen to ones requests and assured you are provided with the best healthcare options. Just recently I had a home conference call with my 91 yo PCP and an assistant that came to the house by the name of Christian who provided the technical portion of the visit. This shows additional caring power for the patients at the Westchester Center ...taking care of their elderly and most vulnerable patients. I want to thank the entire staff for assisting me with excellent care for my mother....
