I’ve never had any issues with unemployment. Maybe some waiting when there’s a high call volume but that’s not their fault. The only people who complain are the dirtbags that live on unemployment for as long as possible and don’t want to work.

This is very easy to use and claim unemployment I don't know why people say that it is hard to call to claim unemployment sides that other people are lazy to call and do this on there own

Totally impossible to get a hold of anybody from the DWD. If by chance you do get a hold of someone there very short and get you off the phone as soon as possible. I like that because they can get more calls handled but they come short on answering all your questions. Been over 11 weeks since I filed and I have yet to collect one cent.

I have NEVER had to file for unemployment and I don't want to but don't have a choice with everything going on and nothing but issues. Tried to reset password email never sends. Text doesn't send. Tried calling the number given and it's disconnected. Tried calling other numbers nonanswer and still no call back. Rediculous. People need to do their job.

Questions & Answers

If my company messes up and some people get half a check and some people didn't get a pay check. How long does the company have to fix it?

You'll want to call Wage and Hour Division, at 608-441-5221. They'll be able to help.
