Our youngest will be getting married a few weeks from now in a small ceremony. She and her fiance wanted to celebrate the upcoming event with extended family and friends. One of their favorite local places is the Establishment so my wife and I (mostly my wife...) set about to arrange a gathering for about 50 people. Dawn was our contact for arrangements, though all staff we spoke with were very helpful. Dawn was completely flexible to our needs. They have two function rooms - we chose the Tuscan which has a strong Mill building vibe. Though they have several packages to choose from at different price points, Dawn had no problem pricing specific dishes for 50+ people so we were able to include the couple's favorite dishes as well as gluten free options (the gluten free pasta primavera was indistinguishable from regular pasta and quite tasty). On the big day we brought in decorations, a digital slide show and music. Their screen and speakers were easily connected and the staff was very accommodating of our early arrival for setup. Steve and Hanna were assigned to our function for service - they are so friendly and professional! Bottom line, our kids couldn't have been happier. The day was exactly what they had hoped for. The food and drink were enjoyed by all. Everything went off without a hitch. We found out after the fact that in addition to our function, there was as an event in the other function room plus a group of fifty showed up in the dining room with 10 minutes notice. In other words, the kitchen was slammed all at once. We would never have known. The food kept coming and the quality was top notch the entire time. Thanks to all at The Establishment!

I really like the atmosphere.. the food got to us very quickly. The chicken tenders are phenomenal.. but I had a grilled chicken sandwich with blue cheese on it that I had to spit half of it out on a napkin because it was too chewy and not very tender.. and no I'm not a senior citizen..my teeth are great.. I thought it was okay to good as far as the food went.. I was there the same exact day a year ago for my girlfriend's birthday which it was today and thought it would be nice to go there again for her birthday.. actually it didn't have the feel it had a year ago.. it didn't feel as welcoming.. I know I'll be back because the place is really cool and the food wasn't terrible.. just a little bit disappointed today.. I got my girlfriend a mojito perhaps I should have bought a drink for myself too..

This is our third time eating here today. On our first visit, five of us had lunch. On our second visit, four of us had dinner. Today, there were 15 of us for a family gathering. Every visit was fantastic! The service is friendly and helpful, the sitting is comfortable, and the cuisine is delicious! Each person's dinner was prepared precisely to their specifications. We enthusiastically endorse The Establishment!

We ordered from The Establishment over the weekend and our food was excellent! The chicken bacon quesadilla, chicken broccoli ziti and buffalo chicken mac & cheese were are favorites. Packaged well, flavorful and clean. Strongly recommend and we will be ordering from here in the future.
