Love the bait and switch to get you in the door just to find out when you arrive you were lied to. I specifically called before booking room to see what time bar and pool were open until, and was told 10pm. Arrived at 9:25 and bar was closed already even though I had just called 25 minutes prior. I let it go and asked if we could still use the pool. Then manager said yes. We went up and changed and got back down at 10 of 10 but the key would not open the door. After trying several and then downloading digital key to see if that worked we went to front desk and was told it is now closed?! We literally asked the same manger 10 minutes prior if we could use the pool but now same manager says too bad it is what it is? At this point I am angry because we couldn't go to bar or use pool even though it was before 10 and had called to confirm they were open. This is all in addition to the used soap in our bathroom where they put a used bar of soap back in a open package. Gross! Then the manager was just very combative at this point and had no apology for the situation. As a Diamond member, and loyal Hilton customer, I have never been treated so horribly and I will no longer ever patronize this hotel or any other Hilton Garden Inn after being lied to and treated so disrepecfully. Should have gone to the Double Tree up the street where we would have still been able to use the amenties we were under impression were open!

Nancy was absolutely amazing. I was staying here as a part of a wedding I was not only matron of honor in but also doing the makeup for and she was beyond accommodating. She went above and beyond to make everything perfect for the bride and the entire bridal party . I’d highly recommend this hotel ! Super convenient, everything was clean and the service was impeccable! But by far Nancy was the best part of this hotel !!!!

Never cleaned room. Asked for towels and looked as if I was bothering them. Use satellite not cable and had no reception. Game 6 of Celtics could not watch, blamed storm, but no rain. 5 channels worked for the 2 day stay. Location is great, but I will stay at the next one over next time

Positive: The hotel itself is very nice! The room was very clean and comfortable! Nancy and Felix are THE BEST !! Very helpful and accommodating! Will definitely be back in the future. Negative: Not a huge deal, but my hair was staticky from the comforter. Maybe fabric softener was forgotten? All worked out fine and the staff gave me another blanket!
