I stayed one night/one morning here and it was a good time. The elevator did not work which was fine and not a big deal. Staff wasn’t like overly friendly but they were nice. Breakfast was alright. Their coffee was SO GOOD like I wish I asked what kind it was. I enjoy the room we got very much. It was clean and had everything we needed. I did not smell any smoke in the hallways, smells kind of like an old place but not like horrible. I would definitely stay here again!! Thank you!

I've been here before, so I knew about the hotel. It is not a fancy property, but it is nice and cozy, with a kind and helpful staff. Your privacy is respected, getting in and out is easy, the room is comfortable. Nothing major to complain about.

The rooms are nice. The hotel smells like old cigarettes. The second floor was where my room was and the elevator was out of order and I’m disabled. The second floor was very dusty and the door locks had layers of dust on them like they hadn’t been stayed in in months. The room was freezing cold

Stayed 3 nights and overall experience is ok. The person who checked us in was very nice and he was the only friendly staff. Rest of the staff was not even smiling! Felt like we were not wanted. Breakfast was great. Plenty food! They checked the breakfast area very often which is great but they still did not give a word to guests and smile! Room condition was ok. the floor was not vacuumed well before us. I asked for a late check out and after she asked what room number I was in, she immediately said that she can’t give late check out because they were sold out. ( I checked they were not) Why did she ask my room number if they sold out and if she was going to deny my request anyway????? What was wrong with my room number? She did not even look up if I was a loyal diamond member or not. Elite members always has a late check out right but I would understand if she was trying to talk with a nicely manner! I would not come back.
