I generally like Rocky's, but they dropped the ball today. I have a Rachet with a lifetime warranty purchased from before they switched to Craftsman, the Manager told me to come down so they could honor the warranty, upon arrival the Manager realized they do not stock this particular tool, leaving me with the Corporate route as my next step. If my back wasn't broken, and Route 1A didn't feel like I was driving over railroad tracks sideways, and gas wasn't $4.00 a gal. I'd probably still give Rocky's 4 star's. I'm still hurting from that trip. Generally Rocky's has great customer service with fair prices and a decent selection, but really they make you feel right at home.

Ordered & paid for a product online & received no follow up, as indicated, from the store regarding pick up. Went a week later to pick up & the product was still in the box, although I paid for assembly. After spending $700, the floor rep said it would just take a minute to “slap together” & promptly walked away while another associate took care of it. Would’ve been better off going to Lowe’s or Home Depot.

Was given what turned out to be a great recommendation for an electric snowblower (I know! But I just used it and it's awesome and there are no fumes stinking up my shed) from an employee at the Concord Rocky's and had an excellent buying experience, with said snowblower, at the Walpole Rocky's. The staff were very professional and helpful and I was even able to grab two quarts of Ben Moore paint for touch ups because, unlike the big guys, Ace sells quality paint too!! Excellent experience!! If you've read this far, the aforementioned electric snowblower was an EGO 24" two stage and it fit in my Honda Pilot laying on it's side with the second and third rows dow
