I should have read the reviews before I made the purchase! Disappointed in customer service being lied too! Bought a nice ring for good money on the 25th of August was supposed to be back! Here we are 9th of September still no ring. And Kay's acts lie its no big deal! Warning don't go there unless you want to be Disappointed!! Todd Bledsoe

I hate to leave bad reviews but this place seriously disappointed me. I’ve had my wedding ring for less than a year! Just a few months. The diamonds keep falling. To the point where I’m going in every month or two because it needs to be repaired AGAIN! A sales associate promised me we would upgrade she just needed to speak with the manager. The manager comes out to speak with me and tells me there’s nothing she can do. She said you pay for lifetime warranty right? I’m like YES the whole extra $500 we paid for it. She’s like well that’s what that’s for. We can send off your ring and get it repaired. I said just so it can happen again?? She just sat there with a blank face and told me we could “trade in” the ring but it has to be for a ring of double the value. WHAT?! You mean I have to pay for a whole other ring while being forced to still pay for the broken one? This is crazy. It truly makes me sad that I have to walk around with a broken ring on my finger at all times and there’s NOTHING they can do other than take more money from me. Never coming here again. No solutions! I’ve repaired my ring 4 times already it’s crazy.

I should have read the reviews before going to my local Kay Jewelers, talk about a bad vibe. The problem must of been that I wore Famers overalls because as soon as I walked in the noses popped right up into the air. Come People I thought we don't judge on the out side. One thing I don't like doing is spending my money out side of my town, but I guess I'll have to go out side of my town. Bad business guys, maybe I'll swing by in a suite next time.
