I am a recruiter for a Major Travel Nursing Company NURSES BEWARE NURSES BEWARE. THEY WILL FRAUDULENTLY TAKE FUNDS FROM YOUR ACCOUNT. A NURSE WHO CANCELED A RESERVATION THEY CLAIM THEY COULDN'T FIND HAD A $418 attempted debit X2!! I was listening in on this call when the female manager 5/08/22 at 2:38 pm told my nurse she was dumb and glad her card was declined. Then hung up on her. We will not support hotels with such disregard to our hero’s commuting to your hotel to help your local hospitals and facilities. Shame on the way you treated my employee!!!!

The manager called me “dumb” and said “I’m glad your declined and hung up” I’m a travel nurse and canceled my reservation 73 hours prior to my stay. she claims u did not. This company tried to debit my card $418 twice and my bank sent a fraud alert and I declined. For this manager to call me names and then speak to me like trash is unprofessional I will be filing a complaint for fraud. This BW treats possibly new customers with this much disrespect and expects Buisness. How dare she speak to me like that I’m canceling my rewards and will never set foot in a BW establishment ever again.

If I could put 0/5 I would. My boyfriend and I stayed for 2 nights. First night we woke up in the morning with stuffy noses. Out all day doing stuff. Within an hour of being back in the room his nose was so stuffed he couldn’t breathe through either nostril. We picked everything up and left at 1am. We are going back in the morning to talk to a manager and check out. Our pillow cases were also stained when we first arrived I had to get new ones. I don’t think I saw a house cleaner once, at all. Very disappointed and NOT worth the money AT ALL

After reading the reviews on here, I was very excited to stay at this hotel. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. I have never stayed at a Best Western with a comfortable bed. The room was clean but old. The bed was like sleeping on plywood. The lady working the breakfast was great, but the worst part was the lack of options. I ate stale pastry and the typical waffle for two days - no protein, eggs, sausage, etc. Coffee was watered down and the "hot water" was not hot. The kid was practically sleeping at the front desk when I checked out.
